Fees & Exclusions

  • Restocking Fee: All returned items in factory-sealed cartons are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Defective Merchandise: Items found to be defective in workmanship or materials will not incur a restocking charge.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Made-to-order, custom, discontinued, or sale items are non-returnable.
    • Large quantity orders and international returns are subject to additional review.

  • Freight Charges: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
