No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Rhea Designs. All return requests must be submitted to your assigned Account Manager or to our Customer Service team. Return authorization is granted at Rhea Designs’ discretion and must be requested within 30 days of the original shipment date.
Return Requirements
All approved returns must meet the following conditions:
• Merchandise must be returned in its original, secure, and unopened factory packaging.
• Upon receipt, all items will undergo inspection.
• If merchandise is found to be installed, altered, damaged, or used, Rhea Designs will notify the customer with our findings.
o In such cases, credit will not be issued.
o Customers may authorize the return of the item at their own expense within 48 hours.
o If no response is received after 48 hours, the merchandise will be disposed of, and a credit will not be issued.
Fees & Exclusions Restocking Fee
• All new, factory-sealed items approved for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
• Items confirmed by the manufacturer to be defective in workmanship or materials will not incur a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
• Made-to-order or custom products
• Discontinued items
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged
• Items not in original packaging
Special Conditions
• Large-quantity returns and international returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional conditions or fees.
Shipping & Freight
• The customer is responsible for all return freight costs, unless the return is due to an acknowledged manufacturing defect or shipping error.
• Unauthorized returns or returns sent freight-collect may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Please include the following information:
1. Original invoice or PO number
2. Item number(s) and quantity being returned
3. Reason for return
4. Photos of the packaging and merchandise (if applicable)
